Yeah, sort of. That doesn't account for the fact that it's fairly easy to get around by bicycle in small rural towns in the South. People don't ride bikes becuz it ain't wat Amuricans do. Frinch ride bikes. 'Muricans drive trucks. It's cultural too, not only infrastructural.
