Montreal certainly should be in the top 11 bike cities.
Chicago should be as well, but because of the huge amount of automobiles, it's not as bike friendly. Hopefully if and when they enact some congestion pricing, you might see some changes..
I'm surprised SF is on the list (maybe Virgin is promoting a place that both Virgin Atlantic and Virgin America fly to). There are very few bike-only lanes in SF, and drivers are still largely unsympathetic here. Thanks for sharing... I love this blog!
Hey - if you count purely percentage of people riding bicycles, then any Japanese city would be a contender. In fact of mega-cities in developed countries I can't think of a better city. But then there is public policy...
