Time: Bike Sharing Gets SmartWashington DC gets their bike sharing program this month as will Denver and Minneapolis. Chicago, San Francisco, Portland, OR, Seattle, and Arlington, VA, are in talks to launch their programs within the next year or so. In Paris, the Velib program is associated with a 5% drop in auto traffic.
